Terms of sale

What you buy: a licence to use one or more OSA Lab modules for the e-mail address you enter when buying. The code you receive by e-mail only activates with that address. You may use it on your own computers; it may not be resold or shared with other people or companies.

Annual licence: valid for the paid year and renews automatically every year at the same price unless you cancel. Each renewal sends you a new code. You can cancel the renewal at any time from the link in your purchase e-mail; the licence keeps working until the end of the year already paid.

Perpetual licence: one-off payment. The code does not expire and works with the OSA Lab versions that are released.

Team cloud: a service hosted on our server, annual only and per user. It includes up to 2 GB of reports per team. If the licence expires and is not renewed, the PCs stop sending data; the dashboard and reports can still be viewed and downloaded for 30 more days.

Prices and taxes: as shown on Modules. Any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. The invoice is e-mailed to you and can be downloaded from the link in your purchase e-mail.

Delivery: immediate, by e-mail, as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Withdrawal: as this is digital content delivered immediately, by buying you expressly agree that delivery starts at once and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. Before buying you can try each module free for 30 days.

Warranty and support: if a module does not work as described, write to us via Support and we will fix it or refund you. OSA Lab is offered for use on test benches; liability for damages is limited to the amount paid, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Governing law: Spanish. If you are a consumer you may also go to the courts of your place of residence.
